Vernis in Love in Rose Boudoir (375 B) is a very bright rose / fuchsia color with no shimmer. It slightly reminds me of Chanel Tentation.

I got the full opacity in only 1 coat. What I really love on these Lancôme's nail polishes is the wide applicator, which helps you get really great varnish result.

The Body Shop: Lily Cole

A few weeks ago came to Prague new collection by the Body Shop „Lily Cole“. I chose 2 products: Lip and Cheek Dome and Puff on Radiance.

The Body Shop Lily Cole Lip and Cheek Dome (Pinch Me Pink)

Lip and Cheek Dome has really interesting and very cute packaging, which reminds me of the EOS lip balms. Lip and Cheek Dome is a multiple for cheeks and lips, so you can use it as a blush or as a lipstick. The consistency is very creamy, which I guess is due to lots of silicones in it. It literally glides on your cheeks. It applies and blends very easily.

The Body Shop Lily Cole Lip and Cheek Dome (Pinch Me Pink) 

There are 2 shades available: light coral (Crazy for Coral) and light pink (Pinch Me Pink). I bought the 2nd one (pink). Pinch Me Pink is very light pink with no shimmer. The pigmentation is not the best, you can slightly build it up, but don't expect anything intense. On my lips was the color actually noticable much better than on my cheeks. Unfortunately it was little drying, so I'm using it only as a blush. It lasts on my cheeks for about 5 hrs and on my lips for about 1,5 hour.

I would recommend this for somebody with very fair skin, it won't show up on darker skin tones.

Next I purchased Puff on Radiance. I really like the packaging. It's so cute! It is actually a small box full of colored (light / medium pink and beige with shimmer) beads with a pink puff on the top. I'm using it as a highlighter on the top of my cheekbones.

These 2 products are really very nice and soft combination together and I really like them.

My today's review is about Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder, which is a part of a new summer collection (Summertime de Chanel).

The packaging is really massive with the typical logo of Chanel on the top. The packaging includes a mirror and a brush, which I find really good quality and great for travelling.

The bronzing powder comes in two shades: darker Sable Rose and lighter Sable Beige, which I chose for myself. There are 7 colored stripes of brown, beige, apricot and golden and when you mix them all together you get very soft beige color which will be great for light to medium skin tones. Soleil Tan de Chanel gives you really very nice and soft sun-kissed look. Thanks to a shimmer has the bronzer illuminating effect also.

The golden shade can be used separately as a highlighter eg. on the top of the cheekbones or under your brow bone.

It lasts on me the whole day (my skin is normal to slightly dry).

This product is really amazing and I'm really glad I bought it.

Lid Smoothie: Easy brightening effect for your eyes

Today I'd like to review Lid Smoothie Antioxidant 8-hour Eye Colour by Clinique. It is a long-lasting creamy eye shadow with anti-oxidants.

As I said at the beginning the consistency is creamy and it's very easy to blend and work with. Although my eye lids are not very oily, the eye shadow doesn't last on me for 8 hrs (only 3 without creasing) and I have to use an anti-crease base under if I want it to stay all day.

You can wear it alone or as a base under your powder eye shadows.There are 12 different shades, I chose 01 Bit O'Honey, which is absolutely gorgeous ivory color with lots of silver shimmer. The color is definitely sheer and transparent, but it's slightly buildable and has really great brightening effect for your eyes.

It comes in a tube with a metallic apllicator, which suppose to have some cooling effect. To be honest I apply the eye shadow with my fingers, but I still find it very handy, because it doesn't get messy so easily.

Overall I like this product a lot. And if you are a huge fan of creamy eye shadows as I am, definitely try these out!
